Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior
“Biggest bunch of unprofessional ***carts you'll ever deal with! I had paid the debt off to the debtor (dr. office) Dr. office provided Velo a copy of payment, they "never received it magicly".. Had their "server guy" trying to keep serving me and calling to find me, I explained the debt was paid. He was very rude, cussed, threatened "he'd find me" on the phone, then they filed it with small claims anyway!!”

Dishonest and unethical collection practices
“This company lies about your current balance and allows garnishments to continue so they can build and collect interest, claiming employers are withholding funds. They have done this to many and now have a court case coming their way.”

Lack of communication and transparency
“I've been keeping in contact with them and trying to get something settled but they only take paperwork through the mail, had my information I an envelope and mailed it to them and they never received it. Now I have a garnishment for my wages while I've been trying for months to get it taken care of. Not once was it mentioned to me about the wage garnishment while being on the phone with them.”

Aggressive and predatory behavior
“GET A LAWYER RIGHT AWAY THEY WILL STEAL they pray on people that cant pay right away did alot of research on them and they go after low income people Not friendly at all so disrespectful they must only go for medical bills cuz mine was 10 years ago and now being brought to the table”
