WORST COMPANY EVER!! I WOULD RATE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!! THEY DON'T EVER CALL BACK OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE!! BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THEM FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND NO CALLS BACK OR ANYTHING ABOUT PAYMENT PLAN. JUST TOOK 2,000 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME KNOWING. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

If I could rate a NEGATIVE 100 stars I would. The lady rep that answers the phone is a complete waste of breath. Not only did she waste my time she wasted my gas by telling me I could come to the office and make a payment( the doors don't even open, just a drop box) she also told me it would take 18days to send over the Payment to the client and really it was 30 days. She needs to be fired but they won't because she gets paid minimum dollar to read a script off the computer. Working with her is worst then being in debt. She was the devil HIM self!

We use this office for debt collections for our business. We've had great experiences with them so far! Can't complain at all.

Worse attorney office (crooks). As a defendant they act like I don't have rights.Right now being sued for claims in court on a last month of rent at a apartment complex(crooks also) and moved out of apartment complex. Got a summons and complaint, I replied with a answer for it and even send them paperwork information on why I disagree with the summons and complaint. Now they act like I didn't do anything to prove information that I wrote in my answer for the summons & complaint.

Worst company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!

These guys are great, if someone owes you money these guys WILL COLLECT it for you.

Absolutely the worst. Zero stars would be more like it. They made me wait 48 hours to pay my payment off which in that 48 hours was building interest and I wanted to pay it in full right then and there. Then once I was finally able to pay. They asked me if I wanted a receipt emailed to me. I said yes and she took my email. No where in my email is my receipt a day later. I called and they said I have to hand write a letter to them requesting my receipt. I swear this business is stuck in the 1950s. They really need their Business license revoked

this place will not talk to me on the phone tell me i have send every thing in writing payed my garnishment then magically there more legal fee and have a garnishment re issued shady people

If I could give a 0 star rating I would!!! I advise everyone to be very careful with this company just two weeks ago they tried coming after me actually serving me twice after I had my lawyer contact them advising them that they have the wrong person.. I received a garnishment release and I got served again a week after for a lawsuit that has nothing to do with me!! someone had my first and Maiden last name and all they did was Google that person and they found me. They came after myself and my business! For a universal Ambulance I have never been an ambulance in my life. so my advice is to really look at the paperwork you received from them because they will try to get their money from anyone.

I owed a debt to my bank, that I had tried to resolve but they would not let me make payments. It was sold to this place a year later and without any knowledge of it being sold we were taken to court (was not told of the court date or anything until we got court papers in the mail) of course we lost the judgement. I called to set up payment plan which they agreed to. I lost my job and missed a payment, next thing I know they are garnishing my state taxes. A month later my wages were being garnished, dispight the payment plan. They are taking so much I am now being evicted from my home because I can't pay the bills. I have 3 children to support on one income and over 100 of everyone of my checks they are taking. To top it off I received a letter saying the state taxes they took went to an attorney when what we owed to begin with was supposed to be court costs and attorney fees! So now they are going to continue garnising me money they already took. They have also been adding interest onto the account this entire time and last time I checked that was illegal!
