Here they go again. How many times are you going to garnish my wages? Every single time, no notice, no summons, no chance to go to court. They're buying up everyone's debt and then garnishing so much at once, people can't pay their bills. Again, with an unknown medical bill and never giving anyone the opportunity to try to work through it legally. This is the shadiest group of people I have ever seen. I swear this has to be illegal. I hope someone sues these people.

Idk who to call or what to do these people are taking my money. For no reason I wasn't served papers or nothing. Now they saying they don't know who I am but still taking my money

This company will take over-payments from individuals while claiming the balance was never paid. They will continue to garnish your wages once a debt has been paid in full. They should be investigated.

scammers ruining the integrity of people!! I have jail "fines or fees" whatever they are from years and years ago that they hit my credit for WHILE i was making payments...... I cannot get approved for loans with an outstanding incarceration debt.... even though you do your time you still pay fines forever... so much for a corrections system. THIS COMPANY IS A COLLECT COMPANY ALL THEY WANT IS CASH AND SCAM

Received a garnishment for something that is not mine. Pay is being taken out although I called to dispute this accusation the day I received papers.

Attempted for several years to pay off the debt we had with this office, they would either refuse to talk to me (it was my husbands debt) or not return dozens of messages left by my husband (it would be after hours by the time he called) to take payment. My husband was NEVER served paperwork in the FIRST lawsuit they filed. The debt ended up being garnished from my husbands pay (which was fine, but we would have paid it long before all the fees, and they never served us, so we didn’t get the chance to contest it.) Then, they filed a SECOND lawsuit against my husband for THE SAME debt (in a different amount from the same creditor and the same exact acct number) negligently because they didn’t do their due diligence. Now, they have refused to remove a garnishment from our state taxes because they said we still owe them accrued fees and interest. When I talked to them several months after the garnishment to fight the second lawsuit, they said there was a zero balance on the garnished account. Now after having to withdraw the negligently filed lawsuit, they claim that we owed a couple hundred dollars in fees and accrued interest. Not surprisingly in an amount very near to the cost of filing fees in court. This company is a scam and I will be reporting them to everyone I can. I would encourage everyone reading this to do the same thing. They are predatory, dishonest, unlawful, and disgusting scam artists with zero morals and zero actual work ethic. I’m disgusted.
