VELO LAW OFFICE IS VERY RUDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE IS UNBELIEVABLE UNPROFESSIONAL . THEY CAN NOT GIVE YOU NO ANSWERS IN REGARDS TO YOUR CASE. THEY JUST WANT TO GARNISH YOUR WAGES WITHOUT NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THEY SENT PAPER WORK TO YOUR JOB AND MIGHT BE INFORMED OR MIGHT NOT. THIS IS THE WORSE LAW OFFICE IN THE UNITES STATES OF AMERICA. PLEASE TRY TO GET A LAWYER IF YOU CAN TO STOP THESE UN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THAT WORKS IN THIS OFFICE. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THE OFFICE. I talked to the parasites about paying my medical bill when when my taxes came in they said no problem. Then turned around and garnished my wages anyway. So the way I look at it at least I don't have that bill to pay come March. The company is very unprofessional, rude, and they don't know what courteous means. Good luck if you decide to go this

Rude staff

Paid off my debt and they refused to issue a receipt of payment. Very unprofessional law office.

Probably one of the most disrespectful, arrogant, entitled group of people I've ever seen. And I haven't even met them. All I had to do, was be in their presence for an hour to see how disgusting these people can be. Hopefully you choose a more respectable, professional, and passionate set of lawyers, than these trailer trash wanna be lawyer folk. Go elsewhere.

Refused to give me information over the phone about my own case. Took me to court without serving me with a court date. I contacted them right away about my case and they "noted my account" that it would take 4-6 weeks but took me to court less than a month after serving me.
