I was sued by Velo Law for a past debt I owed back in 2016. I was unaware of the suit until the second motion was mailed to me. I never saw the first. I tried to pay my fine online but didn't have access to the account, I was never given the Account number or Case number. After I got ahold of Velo Law and was able to pay the fine, everything was settled quickly. They dismissed the case and I never had to go into court. If they hadn't been shady about the whole situation and had given me the account number and all the information I needed to settle this issue up front, I'd give them a better score. They did what they said they would and I appreciate their timely responses.

If I could give them zero stars i would. I am being garnished and was NEVER notified, until I call them AFTER seeing the garnishment come out. When called them and they were really rude, they kept hanging up on me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. As I tried to explain to them that the amount is ridiculous they told me to speak with my payroll and submit a request. I did that and still heard nothing back after being told it would take 3 days to review, then they changed it to 10. I literally went off on them so I won't be surprised if the deny my request. but this company is terrrible and Shame on Edward Rose and Sons for being so greedy trying to collect money they aren't owed.

Velo law office sent notice to the wrong address so they used a processor now they want me to pay for their mistake very unethical people!

Very horrible people they will not work with you on payment they try to tell you how much you can afford to pay!

Hard to work with.

Lawyer is a crooked as can be and is only interested in taking your money and NOT doing what they are paid to do, steer clear from this one as you will save yourself LOTS of hassle, headache, money and time :(

I understand that the situation I found myself in was self-caused, however, I should not be punished once I paid off my debt by having garnishments continue until the court can release the paperwork. Paperwork. Furthermore, I shouldn't have to wait more than 14 days for my money back when I have a return on my garnishment this company pays on the weak and the poor hope they're proud of themselves.
