I was extremely ill when the bankruptcy started. Michael went above and beyond what I have ever seen an attorney do. He is pleasant and personable. I have had much interaction with attorneys through my professional life. I have never dealt with an attorney like Michael Malinowski ..... I can not say enough great things about this man. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT deal with attorney Michelle unless you don't mind wasting over a year of your time. Without going over details, they have had our case over a year, still have not filed, returned calls, or emergency texts. We have not been kept updated, although the insurance company has told us many times they want to settle, but we have not heard from our attorney. At first, it seemed like a good fit. As time went on, it felt we became less important. They had our case over a year before they asked to sign for medical records release for them to access them. That should have been in the first steps. Worst attorney ever. Stay away. I cannot stress this enough.

Seriously, potential clients should be careful. We were suggested this law firm from an ex-girlfriend of my son, but she ended up dropping them because they don't return calls, but we decided to give this office the benefit of the doubt. We should have listened; She was right. I would be ashamed to have my name associated with this attorney.

Mike Malinowski was nothing like I’d expected. He was so much better. I was under a lot of financial strain for more than a few years. I needed out from under this onus. I met with Mike and we went over my finances, and, yes, I could file for bankruptcy. Mike made the entire process relatively easy and pain free. He did all the leg work. Whatever he did, I was able to keep my car! A few more meetings over a few months and POOF! it was over. Mike’s knowledge of the laws and the system proved to be invaluable. One vendor refused to accept the bankruptcy agreement. Mike countered and, long story short, we reached a settlement where I received more money than I initially paid for Mike’s services. Mike has eliminated a ton of stress and anxiety from my life. And, again, with little effort on my part. I’m forever grateful to Mike. If you need a bankruptcy attorney, Mike Malinowski is the only person I’d recommend.
