I have never met a nice attorney until Mr. Podein. I thought I was talking to a paralegal assistant and actually asked him if he was the attorney? He is as nice in person as he was on the phone. He was truthful and honest with my case, which is what every person wants when they have to see an attorney. Both my husband and I were impressed with Mr. Podein. In our opinion this was a unique experience.

A great lawyer that no`s how to get you a great settlement I would recommend him to anybody. He new what he was doing the whole process of my case.

On 11/4/2011,I became unable to bring any income after a freak work related accident. My work comp coverage that I always paid for through my employer suspended my benefit 7 months after and wanted me to repay a certain amount . I consulted with Michael W. Mr. Podein was always willing to inform me on anything pertaining to my case. He always gave me the break down of every detail, and even drew me a picture once or twice to really make sure I got it ;) I would refer him to anyone struggling to to obtain their rightfully deserves workers compensation.
