Nancy Ballast is the Best Family Attorney! Living on the East side of Michigan Nancy helped my wife and I navigate the legal system in Allegan County regarding a child custody case with my teenage sons. Nancy and her team asked all the right questions. They took our thoughts, relayed them to the court and we prevailed. My sons are both thriving and have a great future due to Nancy and her team at Arnson VanTol Law, PLC. I can’t say enough positive things about Nancy. She was responsive, super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As a father, Nancy made this entire process flow & she and her team understood how to accomplish our goals. My experience before Nancy was that fathers cannot win in a court system designed to put men at a disadvantage. That is not the case, she proved it. We prevailed at every step of the process. I can't say enough good things about ARnson VanTol Law and in particular Jeff Arnson. The office was professional, prompt and always friendly. Mr Arnson gave me his direct line, and most importantly really took the time to understand our situation. Mr. Arnson also came though in the courtroom where, frankly we ran laps around the opposing counsel. The greatest compliment I can about Mr. Arnson is that he helped me get my son back and that is truly priceless.

I used Samantha VanTol as my attorney. Her and her team (Beth and Abbey included) did a phenomenal job helping me through my divorce! They were all rock-stars in this entire process. Jeff is an amazing lawyer. He was always focused on the best interest of my kid. His vast understanding of the judges and legal system is a huge benefit. Let him be the lawyer and let him have 'client control'. I can't stress enough that he knows what he is doing. Divorce is horrible and emotional but Jeff helped me stay calm and keep my eye on the end goal. Easy to talk to, will explain legal terms, and quick on his feet in court.
