Rebecca was very helpful going above & beyond in her willingness to help me. I had several things going on at once and she even contacted my exes lawyer when it really had nothing to do with the bankruptcy. Even when I had to leave a message, which was rare, I got a call back within the day. Mitch was also very helpful and always took the time to answer my questions & get answers for me.

I can not say enough positive things about Jeremy Shephard and his associates. Going bankrupt is never easy and can be quite stressful. But they all made me feel at ease. They never made feel as though I was bothering them. We had so many concerns and questions and Cathy was so patient with us as were everyone else. They went the extra mile and for that I am so appreciative and thankful. I would highly recommend them.

The lawyer that I had to handle my wife and I case was Jeremy Shephard. This was a very long process from start to finish, but overall, we felt that we had made a great decision by following Mr. Shephard's advice as he had laid out all of our options for us, and filed a case. However, due to powers outside of any of our control, our case went on a lot longer than expected with more and more hoops to jump through. However, this is not necessarily a standard routine for everyone, but it was for us. Mr. Shephard stayed positive, professional, calm, informative, and understanding during this unpleasant experience and numerous conversations with myself very frustrated with the whole process. However, Mr. Shephard was very gracious and didn't charge me any extra fees for his service, which he was well within his right to do so. We would highly recommend Mr. Shephard to anyone. We want to thank you Mr. Shephard for your hard work, honesty, professionalism, and dedication to our case.

David Andersen is HORRIBLE! I was on the brink of crying after the way this nerd treated me and my 1 yr old son. First, he was adjusting himself the whole time he was talking to me....which was super weird and super uncomfortable! My son was in his stroller drinking his bottle when it fell on the floor whick landed upright on his already stained carpet, david proceeded to raise his voice and state multiple times No Liquid on my carpet! I did not want to file how he wanted which sent him even over the edge and started questioning about my relationship with my father! I would never go back or recommend anybody to tgis heartless yahoo!
