I was overwhelmed with the whole bankruptcy experience to begin with. The staff here answered all our questions and didn't judge us. They were very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend Andersen, Ellis & Shephard!

I am more than happy to recommend this firm. This has been the hardest time in my life after closing my business and losing everything. Jeremy was kind, compassionate and informative. This is not something anyone wants to or plans on going thru. However this team made it possible for me to not feel such shame and to feel like things were going to be ok. Jeremy was thorough and efficient in getting back to me with my questions. Also Cathy was diligent and helpful when we needed her. I highly recommend this team and thank them for all their hard work so I can move forward!

They were very helpful and even when I delayed on turning in the stuff I needed. Even after a year of me still trying to decide if I wanted to go through with it or not they not once told me they could not help me or turn me away. They did what they said they were gonna do and very professional about it. I’m glad I choose to go through the bankruptcy with the firm and with Jeremy he made the situation much less stressful then it was and explained every part the way it should be.

I thought I would work forever. I returned to the work force after retirement to start a new career. Life was busy, good and fun. Alas, nothing is forever. He was helpful, kind and knowledgeable without being condescending. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy but he gave me assurance. I would recommend David Andersen and Associated to anyone who wants sound, conscientious advise, and has the willingness to work with you.

Going through bankruptcy is in itself a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience to walk through, but with the help I have received from this law firm and the people that work there has been fantastic. My experience here was great, I put off making the phone call and when I finally did the weight off my shoulders was wonderful. From the time I made the first phone call to the time I went to court it was only 5 weeks. Almost instantly the phone calls stopped, Garnishments ended and for the first time in 2 years I slept through the night. When I do have a question I either call or email and get a response very fast never have to wait. I would highly recommend this firm if you need help. Call right away you don't realize how good it will make you feel.

ABSOLUTELY pleased! We were in dire circumstances. We had worked with a attorney, that was provided as a benefit from my work, but, they kept asking for more and more information that wasn't necessary -example- we were told we had to provide information about my daughters work - minimum wage student- which had NOTHING to do with my income debit. We signed on with Anderson and assoc. and were treated promptly, and with courtesy. We were able to file almost immediately and the process has run very smooth.. we HIGHLY recommend!
