Jeremy Shephard handled my case and I can't thank him enough for the outstanding job he did. He is extremely knowledgeable. I'd always been a person who was responsible with money and paying bills, so from the start I was ashamed and felt bad about where I was with my situation. He never made me feel less than or like a bad person for needing to file bankruptcy. Sometimes life happens and you need a second chance to get back on your feet. I was intimidated at the beginning but Jeremy explained everything thoroughly and worked hard to settle my case. Nearly a year after my case had been settled the trustee decided to go after a family member for money that I had given them. I had to call Jeremy to discuss the situation. He not only spent time talking to me on the phone but he even offered to contact the trustee and try and help my family member. Jeremy did all this for free and he didn't even have to. There were several times after my case had been settled that I had questions and Jeremy answered all my calls and never charged me for the time it took. I highly recommend Jeremy Shephard if you want a great attorney who cares and is going to be on your side

I would definitely hire Jeremy Shepard in the future; although, I doubt he would want to work with me again. I must have been the worst ever client for him. At one time I fired him and purposely missed two hearings with the trustee. Jeremy never gave up on me. Despite my anger and constant cussing, Jeremy maintained a level of professionalism unlike I've never witnessed before. He got me through this ordeal, and I came out with a fresh start and can put the past behind me. Thank you Jeremy.
