Matt DeLange is great.
If you have questions, he takes the time to make sure you understand the answers and know what to expect going forward.
He even goes so far as to reply to emails up until he goes to bed so you don't spend all night driving yourself crazy.
Believe me, I've blown up his email and he didn't ignore me or get (noticeably) irritated with me, just simply reminding me that I need to be more efficient with my retainer.
