Had an eviction case in which I explained to the judge that I did NOT feel safe allowing other party to remain in home for another 10 days to nice eviction was granted . Judge Buter stated he did not think it would be an issue and completely dismissed my concern. A few days later the other party physically assaulted and hospitalized someone in the home , which could have been avoided if judge Buter would’ve taken me seriously. I feel ignored and now non trusting I. The justice system. So thank you so much for allowing this to happen. You should be terminated honestly
