I required a lawyer that would actually fight in my best interest rather than try to get me to take the plea on something i just did not do so i called Bruce! A few friends i have gave me his info because he works in my area and wins cases that most just plea out. well dressed down to earth guy, he is realistic and knowledgeable, and will give you a straight answer. Especially if your in montcalm county and want a chance of winning call bruce!

After being charged with use of marijuana, me and my family researched a lot of lawyers and decided to meet with Mr. Block. Mr block is no non sense lawyer who will tell you exactly what your in for and your best course of action. We'll Mr. Block made it very clear that 7411 was my best option, he also made it clear that I had an open minded judge and he thought the police officer made an illegal stop. I decided to file for dismissal. after months of waiting, the judge was in the process of retiring and clearing his docket so it took 3 months and looked like we may have to start all over with a new judge, but I then got the call from Mr. Block that my case had been dismissed and the judge deemed the stop illegal. Bruce handled my felony marijuana case very carefully throughout the 10 months it went on. He was always very up front with me about what the potential consequences were and what I would likely be facing. I felt very comfortable working with him (despite the high stress of my case) as he always maintained clear communications with me about what was taking place. Bruce was not only knowledgeable in the area of marijuana defense but he knew the majority of the people I was dealing with (Judges, prosecuting attorneys, arresting officer, drug enforcement teams, etc.). Bruce knew what my best options were even when my case looked as if it would go federal. Attorney Bruce Block is an honest, no-nonsense attorney who knows how to represent clients charged with crimes. Our son was charged with various criminal counts of felony theft and Breaking and Entering. Attorney Block was able to get the charges reduced to the point, where our son did not go to prison, but instead was given probation and came home to hsi wife and newly born son!
