I’m a little surprised by how this law firm runs their business. I reached out and set up a meeting with them and the meeting time came and went, with no communication from Cole’s. I called and left a message. Still no response from them. How can I trust them with my business if they don’t even have the courtesy to show up for their meetings or at the very least, inform me of a conflict?
