My family used their service for establishing a Will and a Trust for our Fathers Estate. That paperwork has been filed successfully. With our fathers recent passing, we have been attempting to get in contact with this firm via phone and email, with no response at all. They must still be in business, because I did receive an automated follow up message when I sent an inquiry as if I were a new client. Hopefully we can get some sort of response after our fifth time reaching out.
