Pros
1
Personable and attentive staff who keep clients updated on case progress
“From Dodd & Janee to their entire staff, a team of hard-working individuals that has the success of the big name lawyers with the attentiveness and home-style feeling of a mom & pop diner. A firm that won't ignore your calls and will keep you in the loop as the case progresses.”
2
Integrity and compassion of the lawyers
“At the time of writing I have worked closely with both Mr. Williams as well as Aimee Fowler as their main point of contact with Fusion. Over time we have developed a friendship that goes much deeper than the one we maintain on a professional level. I mention all of this because this industry requires more than knowledge of law and past cases —integrity and compassion are needed (and should be demanded). Daniel and Aimee have both and I would trust them with my livelihood if I ever found myself in a compromised position.”
Cons
1
Dishonest and manipulative practices, including lying to clients
“I do not reccomend this firm! They are a bunch of greedy lying used car salesmen who do not care about their clients needs or wellbeing. I was lied to numerous times by this firm and after speaking to my auto insurance company that they told me not to speak to I confirmed that they were lying to me and didn't care about my care. This firm never submitted my claim and constantly lied to me about submitting my forms to find out they lied in the name of greed because in michigan they do not get a cut of lost wages or attentive care.”
2
Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I hired Mr. Nesi as my divorce attorney and met with him for maybe 10 minutes. I was told his office would follow up via email and my case would move from there. A month passed with zero correspondence. I never got a receipt for my retainer, nothing in writing, just silence. Eventually I had to fire Mr.Nesi because it's pretty hard to represent a client you never speak to.”
