My deadline for filing a malpractice lawsuit has come an gone and I don't even have a clue if Brian Dailey sent/filed the Notice of Intent (NOI). He has not responded to my emails or returned my calls for nearly three (3) months!!!! He talked a good game but showed NO results. I cannot in good conscience recommend this law firm..

Brian was very pleasant to work with, gave very good direction and guidance, and his abundance of good contacts insured very capable, professional witnesses. Can’t complain about an over half-million settlement can you?! Only aspect they need to work on is better communication throughout the process but patience and faith does bring a good result and I highly recommend them.

Updating my review! On.Wednesday March the 22nd 2021, I was scheduled for my second settlement conference. Two days passed, no one from the Dailey Law firm, called, to let me know what happened at the settlement conference. On the third day I started tracking Brian Dailey down l talk to a nice lady from his answeing service I told her I've been trying to reach Brian reference to the settlement conference 3 days ago no one has called me she finally got in touch with Brian she connected me, I asked Brian where was my money? what happened at the the settlement conference? Brian Dailey stated "Jerilynn, there is no money when Lauren Sitto left the law firm she did bad things with your lawsuit"! to make a long story short, Lauren Sitto an associate attorney told the court there was no case!!! The court closed the case.

Better communication needed

In my opinion a LOUSY FIRM, lawyer DID NOT FOLLOW up...lawyer assigned gave up on the case after a few months.
