I've got two kids, two seperate counties. Ionia County, where I receive support, and Barry County where I pay support. My case worker in Barry County is one of the sweetest, most helpful and caring person I've dealt with in any type of business. I think some of these people leaving one star Reviews and complaining need to try Ionia County for a while! Our maybe take a deeper look at yourselves. Thanks to Barry County foc for making something I don't really enjoy doing a pleasurable experience for the last 18 years

The foc Profits from keeping you from your children look it up its true. Jennifer daily specializes in lien and manipulating situation to benefit the foc they receive big fed assentives for issues warennts and ridiculousl support amounts.

Called to inform them that my youngest son was placed in my custody by a Homeland Security agent....and was told in a horribly rude manner that they could not give me any info because they didn't have a current address...I told said rude woman that I was not asking for any info but was told to call them and inform them of the current situation. Again the woman rudely told me "I'm not telling you anything" in a very loud voice. I once again stated that I wasn't asking for information...she said again "I'm not telling you anything without a current address" So I asked above her very loud tone "Ok so what do I have to do to get you my current address?" Her reply was "I'm not telling..." when I again said over her "How do I get you my current address?" She told me fax, mail, or come in...then got loud again and said "When you get that done I can give you info..." absurd woman...I hung up on her as she said "I'm ending this call"
