Integrity in an attorney/client relationship is vital. During a difficult time in our lives with the loss of a parent, we reached out for representation from Attorney Shane Henry. We were devastated with his betrayal, lack of professionalism, and the absence of client support in handling an unrelated matter. He deliberately communicated with the opposing attorney and made decisions without our knowledge or authorization.

Shane henry is inexperienced. He does not stand up and fight for you in court. He does not know his case when front of a judge, constantly looking at notes and not speaking up to represent his client. If you have a difficult case consider someone else.

How could they improve? Actual communication between attorney and client, especially when requested. Did not see or hear from attorney hired past initial hiring when he was handed everything needed for a successful case. (Was even told I would, and never did) Did not get positive results either, really felt like attorney did not stand up for me in my case. Secretary did well as she was the only one I ever heard from and was quick with paperwork, especially billing...

They are thorough with the paperwork. There were no surprises and they were great at answering my questions.
