Great Attorney, very knowledgeable!

Maybe Mr Lovinger did his job according to the Law? Maybe I am left to face the facts that my Family had agendas that were not so ???? Well thoughtful? I personally experienced the office of Lovinger & Thomson to be teetering on the borderline of questionable ethics. Having sent 2 certified letters sharing concerns and asking for help only to receive 1 reply perceived as covering ones legal tail. I understood my mother and father to have Mr Lovinger handle their trust. Sister was appointed Trustee which is never a good idea for many reasons. Father passed and Mother suffered a stroke and still lived several years after to almost 100! Sister started over seeing everything and controlling everything. Included amendments to trust and in the end with Mothers passing not held accountable for her unethical actions in handling the trust. Sister announced the day after Mother’s passing she had issues with me and would not communicate only through a few text spurred through Lovingers Legal Assistant, Carrie whom also seemed to convey a negative edge and inappropriate and unprofessional communication skills. I tried to simply communicate and handle business to conclude the legal aspects and came to a conclusion to simply walk away from understanding the actual circumstances of the financial state of affairs and the possibility of receiving any physical items left that were suppose to be shared. My Children also left with no choice. With very mixed emotions and many reasons sold a piece of land left to me and my two children in the trust. Done. That part of our lives gone. Lovinger I am sure collected his fees and moving on. Just question the way on which ALL was handled in the best interest? And for whom? Then the legal aspect? The point that the Trustee was not instructed and enforced to carry out a Trust as instructed? Left to possibly profit from undisclosed accounts? Sale of items left? Let alone for sentimental reasons not instructed to make every effort to get items to one of surviving daughters and 2 grandchildren that live States away? If this story serves to help others that may be thinking about how and what they may want to consider when setting up their trust? This will have been worth the time and effort to write. Please do your family and friends justice!!!! For MANY MANY MANY REASONS!!! Appoint the Trustee whom would be a neutral party! If for no other reason than to keep everyone accountable and no one able to take advantage of a position or be questioned for their motives? Most of ALL? Stand to break a family or families apart 🌺

They were supposed to call back about a contract issue. Never did. I went elsewhere.
