I worked with Jessica in 2022 putting together my will and trust. As part of my package she provided me with a laminated card with information for advance directive notification. I keep the card in my wallet. In May I had a heart attack and underwent quadruple bypass surgery. As I went through the process from the E.R. to the ICU and eventual surgery, I presented that card at least three times. The people processing my paperwork loved the advance directive notification card. All said they'd never seen a card like it before and wished everyone had one. I appreciated the foresight Cunningham Dalman demonstrated by including the card with my documents. It was one thing I didn’t have to worry about in an otherwise very stressful situation.
