We weren't sure what to expect. We had tried another lawyer who had a group meeting and we weren't happy with that or the cost of the service. So , a family member referred us to P. Haans Mulder, Attorney at Law. What a difference. At our first meeting we felt at ease and knew we made a good choice. He answered all of our questions and did all the work. When he had finished, we stopped by the office to pick up the folder so we could sign the paperwork that needed signed, and have the executor we picked sign his part , and finish any odds and ends. What a relief to know that by doing this it would keep our property out of probate court and all items would go to family members like it should. Thank you again to Mr. P. Unprofessional, unprepared, unable to correctly interpret case law, repeated failure to file documents properly or at all, missed every deadline, fined, and closed with theatrical representation while unable to even remember his client's name during cross-examination. Unfortunate.
