I was put into a very difficult situation regarding the passing of my uncle. We worked with Jessica Arends at Cunningham Dalman. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and charged very reasonable rates. She got me through this multifaceted situation with great guidance and support from herself and her team. I went from feeling overwhelmed with the situation before me to comfortable working through all of the issues. Jessica put in the time, effort and hours that were required to work through the situation and made things run rather seamlessly on my part. She was patient and fully answered questions and guided me through all the steps along the way. I fully trusted her and she did not let me down. I have since worked with her in estate planning for myself and husband, my parents, and our adult children. I have suggested her services to several people, some of which have used her services and they were pleased also. I would not hesitate to work with her in the future as the need arises.

Expensive but get what you want done

My wife and I picked elder law attorney Jessica Arends for our personal estate planning. She has been a pleasure to work with helping make the whole process very understandable. Since then we have used her to help with my parents estate. She and her staff have been very instrumental in navigating the Medicaid process and dealing with Social Security and the VA. I can't say enough good things about Jessica and the other great people at Cunningham Dalman. They are all personable, knowledgable and willing to do the extra work to find the answer if they don't know it. They truely care.

Very pleasant

I was referred to Cunningham Dalman by an employee of another legal firm who had hired them for her own personal needs. She recommended them highly. Our case was a complex inheritance matter that involved three parties and was further complicated by all members being in different states. The attorneys assigned to our case were Nicholas Dekker and Vincent Duckworth. Their assistants are Emily Hovinga and Kristi Slagh. All these individuals were professional, friendly, understanding, patient, kind, cooperative, and most importantly looked out for our best interests. Most legal matters take time and can be stressful. Having this wonderful team from Cunningham Dalman made our difficult situation the best it could be. I recommend them highly.
