2nd owi case. My real hair and eye color is red with green eyes. My police report said brown hair with blue eyes. Booking paperwork said red and green eyes. In all my paperwork from authorities I was 2 different heights 3 different weights with 2 types of hair / eye color. My tox report was an abnormal increase between times I was tested. "I set all of this information up before even contacting a lawyer." When I introduced all of this evidence he quickly shut it down with a plee deal. I listened to my dad and kept this lawyer just to find out my case was 100% beatable with all of this evidence. DO NOT GET THIS LAWYER! IF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR HIM DO NOT HESITATE TO FIRE HIM NO MATTER IF YOUR IN COURT OR OUT.

Very poor representative.. Actually stated he didn't recieve a police report even though he sent it to me himself. Would've been better representing myself. Would've exceed $1200 plus he's suing me for $116!!
