I hired Heather over a year ago. She has went through various staffing issues. Unresponsive in returning emails or phone calls. Heather doesn’t hold herself accountable for not filling motions with the court, instead she chooses to blame her client and belittles them. Unprofessional behavior swearing and threatening towards her clients. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Heather is the only attorney I have hired that has put me at ease. Efficient, straight forward, and represents her clients immensely. I have been battling for almost two and a half years to keep my daughter safe, and I would not chose anyone else. Heathers paralegals are very punctual, and have always been extremely comforting and knowledgeable as well.

Unprofessional, Incompetent and Unreliable. Please take this as a warning and look elsewhere. Their are plenty of good attorneys in Livingston county. I actually ended up using my husbands attorney to file the QDRO because Heather was so incompetent.

Heather worked very hard to prove my innocence! She contacted me often to discuss my case. She uses MyCase to make sure that you can access everything about your case online. She worked with me for a total of 4 months and went to court many times and every time I was shocked with her professionalism. You will get what you pay for when you hire Heather! I recommend Heather to everybody.

I hired Heather Nalley for a criminal case, from the beginning is was always a hassle to get ahold of her. Then I just got something in the mail saying she is withdrawing from the case because of a “client attorney relationship breakdown” without her even notifying me or talking to me. Hands down the WORST attorney I have ever hired and highly recommended not hiring Ms.Nalley mind you I payed a tremendous amount of money and I’ll probably never see that again. It honestly feels like she really doesn’t care about her clients.

Would Not recommend. Ms. Nally did not advise me of any options or any reprocussions of my choices. I had less than ten minutes of contact with her discussing my case, which did not end favorably for me. She seemed entirely unfamiliar with the consequences or nature of my charges. She was very late in returning my correspondence via email. Very uninformative to my future penalties or pending issues involving my case. I was never advised how to state my side of the story, or protected from the untruthful prosecution. Overall I am deeply disappointed in her representation of my case. She did little more than forward my court paperwork and show up to my court appearances. She has absolutely no tactic for negotiating with Child Protective Services, the prosecuting attorny, or the judge in my opinion. The Livingston County judicial system inhumane to any offender and possibly to many families as well. I feel that my rights have been violated and not protected, as I have paid highly for.

Heather was my custody lawyer, she never kept me informed, I could never get ahold of her, she will send you to Dr kushler which doesn't help at all. Heather inflated my last few bills, paid her thousands of dollars in 3 short months. The last conversation we had she screamed at me she never gave f* about me or my G*D* children. She is rude, and unproffesional to say the least. Needless I did not win my case. She will NOT do what she needs to , this includes not wanting to make any Livingston county Judges upset.

Ms. Nalley has helped me tremendously in the past when I was in need of legal assistance. A business deal I had went south and she protected me from being taken advantage of financially. Handled the situation both professionally and promptly. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and took all the stress of my shoulders. Will be using her for all my legal needs in the future, I recommend that you do the same!

My wife came home, packed her bags and walked out on our kids and I. She came back and said she wanted the house and the kids sometime later so needless to say I spent all of 2013 in a very hard and trying divorce and custody battle. It is truly unbelievable how dedicated Heather was to me and my specific case and thanks to her, in January 2014, we were able to put the divorce and custody battle to rest and I was awarded my son and home.
