Michael was very kind, patient and extremely helpful to us in acting as our surrogate in a real estate sale that was inherited property and had to be divided equally between 2 siblings. Since we lived in a different state and were unable to physically attend to these issues Michael was able to address all of our concerns that gave us a great deal of peace of mind.
