Marcus Wilcox is the best lawyer in Livingston county, I have had numerous lawyers around here and he's the only one that didn't lie to me, didn't pander to the prosecutor's office and he fought for me. If you're needing a lawyer he is the best!!!!!

I was facing some charges that were alot worse than what I had done. The courts kept me me away from my wife, my kids and my home for three months. I was fighting a losing battle but Mr. Wilcox really went to bat for me. He got my charges brought down and got me home to my family. He was my voice when I wasn't being listened to. Not only was he professional and great at his job but he cared about what I was going through. If I ever need help again he is the only lawyer I would ever call.

DO NOT
hire this man. Everything started out fine with him, but since the beginning of June when I left him some work to perform for me and started calling him in July and August to see if it was done, he would not return my calls, and he would not return any emails to me.
I have called him multiple times, with no return phone calls, and sent at least four to six emails to him with no response, plus I gave him a deposit to do this work.

I highly recommend Marcus Wilcox. I found him via Google on a holiday weekend, called him, but didn't leave a message thinking it was the holiday. He called me back within 10 minutes while he was on vacation. I left messages with other lawyers but never heard back from any of them.
