Eric Matwiejczyk was absolutely amazing! went above and beyond! So thankful

Wasted our time and took our money just to send a letter we already were planning on sending and then tells us we need a 10k retainer fee... waste of your time go to a lawyer who's up front from the beginning

My case is still in litigation but so far all of the staff have been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. With many different attorneys at your disposal, all of your legal needs are just a phone call and consultation away.

Patrick Duff is one of the most down to earth professional people I have dealt with, listens,advises,is very courtious and has good sense of humor.

They were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction even though the problem I had wasn't their specialty.

Very dissatisfied with the representation...or lack there of. First of all I called the law firm thinking I would get Duff or Chadwick but instead get stuck with Eric Matwiejczyk, who during the consultation told me he was gunna do this, that, and the other for me and because of everything he was going to do it would be a $5,000 retainer, and he was texting me everyday for a week until I came up with the money (which I had to take out a 3 year loan for) but since I paid him, or the firm rather, he has not done 1 single thing he told me he would and now won't even answer my texts or calls. And even though I'm actually innocent of the more serious charge and told him I'm fighting it all the way if it makes it past the preliminary exam, at the pre-trial he tried to get me to wave my preliminary exam without so much as even an offer from the prosecutor...and at the pre-trial he didn't even remember about my prescriptions that I NEED but need the judges approval to take, even after telling him as much MULTIPLE times, then the judge said to get a letter from my Dr, which I did that very day, and yet that was 3 weeks ago and I still don't even know my next court date and have very thoroughly explained to him the importance of me taking them he still won't even answer.. I have had better representation from court appointed lawyers and I paid this guy $5,000 to do absolutely nothing for me, but hey he made it sound real good during the consultation so please save your time and money and hire someone who actually cares about their clients and the reputation of a firm with someone else's name on it because it is not him!!! Crazy thing is when I was looking for him at court I ran into a past client of his and he warned me this would happen so I find it odd that there aren't more reviews like this...probably because most are still in jail or prison! So now I have to not only find a new lawyer but also a way to get my money back because he has not earned a single cent I gave him...I can hardly believe the names on this firm are okay with what he is doing in their name but we'll see real soon!
