Unresponsive and poor communication
“I have not heard from him in 6 months! His assistant does not do a good job. He never calls to keep in contact about your case, you have to consistently call the office just for his assistant to take notes that he never checks on.”

This is a predatory tactic to gain a clients trust, use it against them later on and exercise a power over dynamic.”
