Don't hire this guy unless you want your case to drag on forever while Terry proudly collects your money.

I know several upstanding lawyers who take their profession seriously, however this man is not one. He is arrogant. He talks too much and does not listen to his clients. He runs things his way and gets touchy if you attempt to hold him accountable. I was advised early on to ditch this firm but stuck it out. The hourly rate exceeds his ability to do anything worthwhile, and he will stoop to any level to get his money from you.
