Hired this gentleman for a simple legal matter. Small unclean office about the size of a large bathroom. Never advised as to procedures necessary. Lost $1250.00 and now have a grievance filed with the State Bar of Michigan.

At the time of my bankruptcy, he accepted an installment plan, (not filing until paid.) However, he did get my creditors to stop harassing me prior to filing. Very affordable. I would use his services again.

I would never recommend this individual as an attorney. His ethics are suspect at best and the office is incredibly dingy and dirty. He has no professional decorum. Hiring him would be wasting a great deal of money as he will scam you out of additional money for work not preformed. I initially hired him for a chapter 7, but decided to go elsewhere.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of information I received when I filed bankruptcy with Mr. Foster. I had one major concern/question concerning filing. I needed to know the consequence of filing bankruptcy and keeping my house or excluding the house from the bankruptcy. I feel that information was not fully passed on to me. Had I known then what I know now, I would not have filed. I would have saved the money that I paid him and tried to find another option. I hired a lawyer because I was not at all familiar with the bankruptcy laws and I trusted him to inform me fully of what was involved and what the consequences would be. He did not fulfill that expectation. I did on the positive side, found him to be reasonably priced compared to other bankruptcy lawyers.

He did my bankruptcy and divorce, smooth sailing for both.
