First impressions I called in September and was able to get a phone consultation by end of October. I was told by Michael we will schedule you for in office estate planning still waiting on that call. Not really a good impression. I have moved on. Update: Got a call from Michael's assistant if I was interested in the services, little too late now. If they handle cases like this, I am surprised they are still in business

Did a wonderful job planning my father's estate. 5 stars would give 10 if possible

We turned to Willis Law when our family was exposed to an intentionally complex and abusive lawsuit. We are exceeding grateful that Aric Kasel and Don Smith agreed to work with us. (We had hired another local attorney earlier and had to separate from him as he did not begin to have the skills needed to help us, in spite of his "5 star" rating. Be careful.) This is a "5 star" rating you can trust! We had a short time frame left to work in, and Aric Kasel took thoughtful, experienced control of our situation immediately to shelter each of us in every way possible. Aric listened to us and approached our situation not only with the strength of a good litigator, but helped us achieve the understanding that will protect us into the future. He was able to skillfully negotiate a settlement, before the court proceeding, that we could agree to and recover from. We believe that connecting with Aric Kasel and the Willis Law Firm was not a coincidence. Each member of their staff that we encountered was exceptionally good at actively listening and brought us together with their best people and solutions within their firm for our situation. We will continue to share the exceptionalism that we experienced at Willis Law far into the future. We highly recommend them and encourage you to hire them to protect you as they did us.

Very informative and friendly staff

In early 2022 we learned we were being sued in civil court by a private party alleging misconduct. Plaintiffs were seeking a six-figure settlement along with requests that the court enforce of a list of rules created by the plaintiffs. The kind of frivolous lawsuit you read about, but think it won’t happen to you. Our team of attorneys at Willis Law (Aric Kasel, Sam Gilbertson, and Don Smith) were there immediately and had our back. They explained the legal process, gave sound legal advice and answered our countless questions throughout. They brought a sense of calm and reason to an emotionally charged situation many times during the 20 months, as this case slowly went through the court system. This was a difficult time for us but our team of attorneys helped us through every step, even when it meant taking time from their personal lives (birthdays, wedding, anniversaries, holiday weekends). We are extremely grateful to them and cannot recommend them enough. Should legal matters ever need attention in the future, Willis Law will be the first call that we make.
