Jesse is an extremely helpful, resourceful, kind, professional and client-oriented lawyer. He is well organized and extremely helpful when it comes to helping his clients (like myself) understand the legal jargon used on documentation and in conversations.

I am speaking strictly from my own experience with Sommers Schwartz, and to be absolutely honest, it was a great experience. I was severely ripped off and underpaid by my previous employer. I sent my concerns to various law firm in my area and Jesse was the one to give me a callback. The evidence I had was not overwhelming by any mean but Jesse still took my case and within months I was paid my last wages. Jesse was able to get my Ex employer to pay all without going to trial and reaching a settlement that I was pleased with. I never really thought in the corporate world of law I would find someone who'd fight for me and my rights as an employee, especially without charging me an arm and a leg. My only regret was doubting the ability of Sommers Schwartz at the beginning and not asking for my Full amount owed because of this doubts. I received what I asked for, though I was very surprised. I just want to thank Jesse again for make the process as simple, smooth and swift as possible. I'd highly recommend!! They don't win, if you dont.

I have hired Jessie for several cases, I have found Jessie and his firm to be excellent. I appreciate a Attorney that will explain everything to you, who speaks the truth and does exactly as he says he will do, and this firm does just that. I am only sorry that they can not handle a medical malpractice suit for a bad cataract surgery in Florida as no attorney I spoke to wants to take on this type of case, I have met with Jessie and some of his team , and they are all great. You would never be in better hands than theirs!
