Victor is an amazing attorney! I have used him several times and also referred him several times. Always prepared, thorough and effective!

Working with victor bland was the worst experience with an attorney I had ever had. He spoke in a condescending manner and rudely told me to stop talking when answering a question. He didnt really listen, was judgemental, and it felt as if he didn't believe me. I went to him to file for for divorce from my abusive ex husband. I felt like I had gone from one abuser to another. He had numerous unnecessary charges that kept piling up fast. He mailed incessantly so that he could charge for every little thing that was involved in mailing, I often got two and three copies of the same thing. I would not recommend working with him.

Kerry is unique in that he combines a wealth of knowledge... the intelligence to access it... and a meaningful ability to communicate his message in a manner that you understand what he's sharing... and you instantly KNOW and feel that HE simultaneously understands YOUR situation... I not only "would" recommend him (for a plethora of Legal Assistance) but i "have" recommended him... and I will continue to (and you will too). Kerry is DAMN GOOD at what he does... and he's (overly fair & generous) with his time and assistance. His Team also reflects him... which makes the entire process of working with Hettinger Law a great experience... in spite of (often) being represented in ("not so great") situations. Vic did an amazing job on my case. He listened to what I had to say and really made me feel like he cared about me. He was always available when I needed him. He cuts to the chase and makes sure you know exactly what needs to be done without anything unnecessary. During my trial, he make me feel so at ease and he was absolutely brilliant in the court room. If I am ever in the situation that I need an Attorney again, Vic will be the one I call.

I have been very fortunate to have met Mr. Bland. He is an outstanding attorney in many different areas of the law. I was able to use him for both things I had going on in family and criminal court. Victor negotiates like a genius and ended up saving my life and freedom. If you are looking for an attorney who is honest, dependable and loyal he is the guy. I have never had another attorney like him and after 15 years and an hour away I still use him because I know his is the best. After having others and the service being horrible I will continue to use Mr.Bland. I can't say enough about his integrity.
