I'd give this law firm zero stars if that was an option! I had a phone consultation scheduled at 11am to go over some estate planning and when I didn't receive a call by 11:15am, I decided to call the office. I was placed on hold while the receptionist (Dawn) was reaching out to Sarah Bolen to find out why she didn't keep the appointment. After 5 minutes of waiting on hold, I ended the call. I received a call back from Dawn about 2 minutes later and she indicated that Sarah Bolen had bronchitis and therefore needed to reschedule. I asked why nobody called me in advance because Sarah must have known that she had bronchitis prior to that particular moment. I was told that she was having a "coughing fit" but Dawn could text her back to see if the fit was over. Hmmm... I'm no lawyer but I'm not stupid and know when I'm being lied to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I could not recommend Benjamin Norg more, and if I ever had to go through this again I would not even hesitate choosing my attorney. I felt the entire time that my best interest was always the priority, and that he advocated for me genuinely. He communicated everything with me clearly and answered any question I had throughout the process so that I was very clear what to expect and what was going on, and he was able to negotiate an extremely favorable outcome for me considering my situation. I could not recommend him highly enough.
