My lawyer answered all my questions with great clarity and patience. She kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me great peace of mind and solved my legal problem quickly and efficiently. I could not have hoped for a better result.

I've heard nothing but bad business from others. Incompetent! Only do business through emails. Never in person contact, which causes confusion. They charge for every question asked of them through email. Will charge for 5 minutes, 10 minutes of their time. Ridiculous and not personable. If they have to resubmit more info, because of THEIR mistake, they charge you again for that resubmitted duty. That is total incompetency!

I don’t even know where to begin…. Rachel Kelly was highly recommended to me when my daughter passed away, leaving Three children behind. Due to the circumstances with the youngest of three (15mo old at the time) it was critical that I obtain an attorney that would be able to dedicate themselves to the safety, needs and well being of my grandchild and act quickly, thoroughly, aggressive and advocate for grand parents rights as At the time there was no legal parent established for her. I was granted immediate sole physical guardianship and sole legal guardianship of her and ultimately Rachel and the Your Path team worked effectively, efficiently, consistently and continue to as the case continues. Thanks to Your Path I have grand-parenting time and joint legal custody of my granddaughter as the father has been legally established. As I continue to pursue a more permanent arrangement for long term and my grand daughters future and quality of life and upbringing, Rachel and the team have treated myself and grandchildren like family. They are genuine, caring, compassionate and we are not just a client or a number to them. As my worst nightmare as a mother I cannot even put into words how their support emotionally and mentally held me grounded and balanced through this and as we keep moving for the end goal. I am forever thankful and blessed to have them all and so are my grandchildren. HANDS DOWN THE BEST AND YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS AND CARE! THANK YOU YOUR PATH WE LOVE YOU!!! I've been thinking about whether or not to write this review for some time now and finally decided to. What I thought was going to be help during stressful situation turned out to be a waste of money and only added stress. Rachel was 15 minutes late to my one hour strategy session meeting. I felt rushed during the meeting. I decided to represent myself with her help and was promised my strategy letter 2 weeks from the meeting. My hearing was 4 weeks out at this point. I was also promised a coaching session with one of her associates right before my hearing. Rachel made it seem like my letter was very simple and would be no problem at all. I remained patient for 3 and a half weeks until I emailed and called the office to none of which were answered. I finally received my letter the day before my hearing, no coaching session ever took place. Not impressed with the service I received at all.
