My real estate agent gave us Rick Linnell’s name when a wetland issue came up with our property. From the first call through our meeting with Rick, his assistant and Rick were professional. Rick was knowledgeable about wetland property, gave us his expert opinion on how to deal with it, recommended a great assessor for wetlands. He also gave his advice on another issue. I really appreciated his time and left the conversation feeling like I had a plan in working with the township. I highly recommend him.

Linnell and Associates is an amazing firm, referred to me by a leading real estate agent and company in Rochester. I had an HOA Board issue where the HOA Board did not read/understand their bylaws to which they represented. The HOA Board did not understand the extent of their authority. The HOA association passed several property resolutions that exceed their scope and authority granted by the by law declaration. Dakota Offman was REMARKABLE in resolving this gross overstep by the HOA Board. 5 illegal resolutions were clawed back and rescinded within one month of his letter addressed to the HOA, with supporting documentation.
