My Mother has been in a very difficult contract dispute over the buyers earnest money deposit who broke the purchase agreement to buy a vacant lot and Dakota with Linnell has been amazing. The buyer was a builder who did not work in good faith and put my mom through the ringing. In the end the builder completed disregarded the agreement and never showed up to closing on a cash deal. This is her first experience in the legal system and without Dakota's guidance she would be lost. THANK YOU!!! Dakota and the Linnell & Associates team for being there for her.

I had contacted Linnell & Associates to inquire about legal questions pertaining to real estate on a home I am selling, and was recommended to speak with Dakota. He called me back very quickly and was able to thoroughly explain my options to me, as well as advise me on what might be the best and most hassle-free route for my situation.
