Sometimes, the questions can get tricky when it comes to legality. Very happy and impressed with Zachary Chuey and his quick action and effective response to my real estate issues. I was having problems with my previous lawyer in dealing with an eviction on my property and within the same day of contacting Mr. Zachary, the motion was filed and signed by the judge. Which in turn saved me a further six months and thousands in processing fees and lost revenue. Was very happy with the excellent and prompt service by Kathy Culkeen for my property tenant eviction issues. She helped me understand the processes involved efficiently and with good advice on how to avoid extra costs. I called and left a message late Friday night knowing it as a weekend and expecting a call Monday. Received a call back Saturday from Rick. Rick was very informative and helpful in answering all my questions. There was no cost for him to call me back and answer my questions.
