When my mother passed away from cancer they helped us open a probate for my mothers estate and when an unscrupulous family member came crawling out from the slimy rock that he lives under to sue my father for part of my mother’s estate they were quick to go into action and defend my father. The rates were comparable if not cheaper attorneys. I really appreciated the fact that they were specialties in the real estate law. Would definitely hire them again.

I was representing the buyers for the purchase of a beautiful home located in Chesterfield. Morning of the closing I received a mutual release from the Listing Agent stating the seller changed his mind and no longer wants to sell the home. My clients and I made a 3-way call to Rick. Just a few hours later Rick was able to provide all parties with a Letter of Demand. Seller closed the following day and followed the remainder of terms and conditions of the agreement (Occupancy). Key were surrendered without incident. Situations like the one mentioned above are extremely stressful.
