My wife and I and our family were in the process of purchasing a home when the pandemic hit and after we had already sold our home.Without going into to much detail we were in an agreement to purchase a home and things arose that made us have to hire a real estate attorney. We were unbelievably blessed to find someone who immediately gave us his time, full attention and comfort in knowing that we were in the right hands. Through out this painful process for us Rick Linnell was our Angel! His knowledge and determination gave us strength as he steered us though this process and for an outcome that I didn’t think could happen.
