Bunni was absolutely amazing! She did an amazing job working on a short sale deal that had not only one but to mortgages! She kept updating me on how the process is going and knew how to handle the situation! As a Realtor I always want to avoid short sale deals but Bunni made it look easy ( even though it was a very hard process) but she got the deal done! Thank you for everything Bunni!

Two years ago I was shocked to find out that a rental property I owned outright was listed in an upcoming auction, after a sheriffs sale. A friend recommended I contact Rick at Linnell & Associates. They promptly assessed the situation and gave me an accurate prognosis, but importantly didn't assure that the whole thing would be resolved quickly. David Applebaum did a fantastic job as my attorney throughout the 2 year process, providing me the brief status updates on a timely basis, and proactively recommending ending mediation when it was clear that the bank had no intention of being reasonable. In the end, we won the case, with the judge awarding full damages in my favor.
