I was referred to Rick Linnell thru my valued relationship with my Real Estate Agent, Edward Stephenson at Keller-Williams. Unfortunately, I made a VERY bad decision to put a girlfriend whom I'd been dating for 3 yrs on the deed to home I purchased with absolutely NO skin in the game from her. Furthermore, I foolishly did so before having her sign any kind of agreement protecting my children in this transaction. Need I say that she decided to make the most of this "opportunity" in which I allowed myself to be manipulated by a "serial" con artist ! I firmly believe I had no choice but to take legal action. Rich Linnell provided exactly what I needed to resolve this mistake with years of experience, an extremely calm and professional demeanor thru every action, and ultimately a focused eye on the desired outcome. In the end, although not pleased with the "ransom" I paid her to remove her name from the deed, I know I dodged a MUCH larger bullet and learned an invaluable lesson that has inspired me to pursue a new, exciting goal that will allow me to pass my experience onto others in order that they may avoid the same stress and pain that I endured. If it wasn't for everything Attorney Linnell did in helping to bring this matter to a swift resolution, I'm positive I'd still be in the situation today.
