I e-mailed Mr. Linnell on a Sunday afternoon regarding a problem I have and to my surprise I received a call from him within an hour!! He was extremely calming as my issue had me very stressed out. He explained the law as it pertains to my situation and advised me of my options!! I've had dealings with many attorneys in the past and I am amazed that this attorney would make a call on Sunday afternoon let alone within an hour of contacting him. Most attorneys take days to return a call... Additionally, Mr Linnell teaches real estate continuing education classes which means he is always up to date on any new laws or changes.
