I worked with Rick on the sale of a commercial property. The Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment identified a couple of areas of that could be environmental concerns. Rick was able to draft an indemnification addendum to the sales agreement that provided protections to the seller and addressed the concerns of the buyer. Rick is very knowledgeable about commercial property sales and the associated environmental issues. His explanations of the legal issues were clear and concise. He was also a great advocate for the buyer and a good negotiator. I would definitely recommend Rick if you are selling or buying a commercial property.
