If you don't have your affairs in order you need to call and make an appointment with these marvelous people. My Mom and I felt so comfortable and assured that we were doing things correctly to minimize any hassles with my Mom's estate and they made sure that her wishes are documented. Bill was very accommodating for our need of a living trust. We have two young children and wanted to make sure they would be set in case something happened to us and went to Bill for help. He was very succinct in gathering our information and the initial consult was free! I think total we spent 3 hours and now we have all of our bases covered for a really great price! We went to Jamie on a friends' recommendation back in 2007 when we needed to put a living trust together to protect our resources in the event of either of our deaths, which would be untimely no matter when they happened. He walked us through the entire process without a hiccup in it and even helped me put together a partnership and buy-sell agreement for my business. During that process he consistently worked for my best interests, even when he had to go at odds with my accountant and estate planners. Further, I have recommended him to others several times since and all have reported excellent results, especially those who had an immediate need from an unforeseen death for which the family had no preparations in place. You couldn't find a more competent, knowledgeable or compassionate attorney.
