I hired Brigette Booser to help me with a Guardianship case right from the beginning she told me that we are fighting a hard battle but that if I was willing to fight so was she, and she meant every word. She is professional yet caring and gets the job done .. I can not say enough good things about Wood and Associates and esp. Mrs. Booser. Mrs. Booser made the whole case even having to file an Emergency order as painless as possible for not only me but for the 3 Year old involved. Bridgette was wonderful. We had an unusual case of grandparents trying to gain custody of my children through CPS courts,in an attempt to gain custody of my Transgender child because “disagreements in how the child is allowed to live as herself”. Bridgette was bold and stood up for her rights as a transgender youth and my rights as her mother. Very LGBTQ friendly!

Brigette Booser represented me in complicated change of school district and parenting time motions, which were ultimately granted in my favor. She skillfully maneuvered each and every curveball that we were thrown along the way, and we were thrown quite a few over the course of the nine months the motions were pending. Her judgment was impeccable on when to be aggressive and when to hold back, which is a lost art that she seems to have mastered. While it was certainly nerve racking when she strategically held back, I trusted her judgment completely and greatly appreciate how doing so left my ex-wife and I in position that we have been able to move on from without adding unnecessary toxicity into the mix.

I cannot recommend Brigette Booser highly enough! She is AMAZING. I retained Brigette back in April for my custody case. By the time Brigette joined my case, we were already 18 months in and were up to the de novo hearing. There was a lot on the line for my daughter’s custody and parenting time plan, but right from the start Brigette was ready to take action and she was confident she could turn things around which really put me at ease. Brigette always called me before the hearings to make sure we had a game plan in place and all details were squared away. We just concluded a hearing yesterday and I could not have asked for a better outcome. She achieved what I didn’t even think was possible for my daughter and I am so thankful to have her on my side! Bridgette and her team are not your typical lawyers. They are extremely kind, professional and VERY good at what they do. Once I found out We needed a lawyer for my mom, I looked for several weeks, found some lawyers that were cheaper found some that are more expensive. Wood & Associates had my attention since the initial consultation. They inspired trustworthiness and very respectful. My mom’s case was not your typical easy to deal with case on top of this difficult time COVID-19 pandemic struck. My mom has been out of the country for 12 years due to immigration restrictions.
