Lack of attention to detail and protection of client interests
“I literally had to contact the opposing parties and negotiate the settlement and terms myself when I paid over $5k to have Jeff handle this. Also when he did have someone from his staff type up our final offer he didn't even leave a cap of time for the opposing party to get their belongings from my home.”
