I worked a lot for over 31 years, after a few years on my job I started having pain in my wrists and my knees I kept going to work doing my job. The pain got to be unbearable I went to a doctor for some tests I had carpal tunnel I needed surgery on both wrists. Then I went to a doctor for my knee pain I had tears in my meniscus in both knees I had to have surgery on both knees. I kept doing my job and the pain got worse over the years. When I was only 52 I retired. First I had my right shoulder replaced, then I had my neck fused next I had my right knee replaced, my left knee is going to be replaced in a couple of weeks. I started thinking about all my health problems and all the taxes I paid. So I decided to call Bahrie Law because I felt I deserved Disability benefits. I never could have won my case without Justin Bahrie. It’s a long drawn out process. You need to know how to apply for benefits, you need To know how to get all your Medical records. There’s a lot to it you better know what you’re doing. Thanks to Justin Bahrie and his employees I won my case. If you think you deserve SS Benefits you need to call Bahrie Law you won’t regret it.

This law firm appears to only be out for your money and to secure your money. They responded to a request regarding the process of obtaining or submitting documents to file a case as 'legal advice' Describing a process that is decided by the court, and not controlled by them cannot be defined as giving legal advice. They followed up that statement by saying they can only give legal advice to someone they've retained as their client. That would be like saying answering the question "How do I get my W4, and where do I go to file it" is financial advice when it's not, and only be willing to answer it if someone retained the person asked as their accountant. They appeared to be completely uninterested in providing any actionable information in their free consultation and seem to use that offer only as a hook to get you on the line in front of them. They don't ask any probing questions or try to discuss the information you provide them and cut it short right to their price point without even going into what they can do for you, or even attempting to see if there are really any damages recoverable before you pay them. Why would you want to hire or retain anyone who is unwilling to discuss or describe what they could potentially do for you, or if they can do anything for you in the first place. Their first mission is to get you to pay just for speaking to them, even if you've given them enough information upfront to give a direct answer. Edit: I found out nearly a month later all they had to do was tell me to call the local court clerk's office and they'd instruct me on and give me everything I need to start the process myself. Bahrie could have told me this during the consultation instead of asking for a $1500 retainer fee, or $100 just to go into any issues I had. I still don't see how "call the court clerks office" is legal advice For anyone with simple process questions on how to start. Just call the court clerk.

This law firm helped my husband, and our family, through the long and frustrating steps to get the disability benefits he needed. They are always there for you.
